Step 03 · Sampling

3D rendering & prototype

We create a 3D CAD rendering for approval before producing a physical prototype. You can request modifications at this stage at no extra cost — we iterate until you're satisfied.

Sample confirmation

Once the sample is approved, you confirm the order and pay the deposit. We lock in all specifications — material, finish, logo, packaging — before mass production begins.

Mass manufacturing

Our factory begins full production with strict in-line quality checks at each stage — casting, polishing, setting, plating, and assembly — to ensure every unit matches the approved sample.

Final inspection

Every finished piece is individually inspected for dimension, finish consistency, clasp function, and plating uniformity. We share QC reports and photos before shipment upon request.
